Automation Templates

Pre-configured automation, built inside your own accounts.

Each template is a complete installation package: the step-by-step guide, the prompts that build it, and the safety defaults it runs with. You build it by pasting those prompts into an AI assistant connected to Make, and everything runs in your own accounts, under your control.

Enquiry Triage and Opportunity Qualification Agent

Every hour an enquiry waits is an opportunity for a competitor to get ahead.

The agent automation monitors your inbox for every new enquiry, scoring it against your own criteria, and drafts the response in your writing voice.

Inbound enquiries can often sit unread while you're consumed in other tasks and good opportunities can get buried under newsletters and notifications. This guide shows you how to build an automation that reads each new enquiry as it arrives, scores it against the features you look for, and drafts the response proposing a call, asking questions for additional information required, or declining courteously. It labels the message in your inbox so the list sorts itself, and flags the promising ones straight away.

Nothing sends on its own. Every reply waits as a draft, and the automation scores only against the criteria you write yourself. What changes is your response time. Nobody needs to be at their desk for an enquiry to be handled properly, so the impression you make is consistent at every time of day throughout the week.

Quote Follow-Up Agent

Following up is the highest value ten minutes of your week, and the first thing you miss when the week gets busy.

The agent automation monitors your mailbox for any quotes and proposals you sent out that have gone quiet and drafts a follow-up response, in your own writing voice, ready for you to review and send.

Quotes often go quiet and you don't have time to follow up because the next job has landed and requires your attention. This guide shows you how to build an automation that finds the quotes and proposals you've sent that haven't had a reply, and writes a follow-up for each one. The drafts land in your mailbox drafts folder where you can read and modify them before they're sent out.

Chasing stops depending on anyone remembering and starts happening as a routine, which is often the difference between a quote that closes and an opportunity that slips away.

Meeting-To-CRM Logger

Updating the CRM with meeting notes happens when there's time and is often overlooked and forgotten as a result.

The agent automation turns a meeting transcript into a CRM note with a follow-up email draft and a list of tasks for what needs to happen next.

The CRM is often out of date because it's difficult to find the time to update it due to the responsibilities and demands you have throughout the day. This guide shows you how to build an automation that takes the transcript of a meeting and writes a note against the company in your CRM, whilst drafting the follow-up email referencing what was discussed and you committed to, and then sets up a list of your next tasks.

This ensures that you have a documented record of every conversation with a client, that reminds you of the actions you need to take following on what was discussed. Nothing sends on its own, the follow-up email waits in your draft mailbox for you to send. The admin that follows every meeting is finished immediately and happens every time resulting in your pipeline reflecting what is really going on instead of what was remembered at the end of the week.

How It Works

You describe it.
Your AI assistant builds it.

Each automation is built by having a conversation with an AI assistant that is connected to Make. The guide gives you the exact words to paste at each stage, and the scenario takes shape in your own Make account as you go.

1
Set up the two accounts

Create your Make account and open Claude or ChatGPT, then link the two so your assistant can build in Make on your behalf. Done once, however many templates you go on to build.

2
Connect the apps

Authorise the tools the template works with, such as your mailbox, your CRM, or wherever your files live. No sending step is ever built, so the automation has no route to contact anyone on its own.

3
Build it with the prompts

Paste each build prompt from the guide into your assistant in turn, answering its questions as they come. It assembles the scenario step by step while you watch it appear.

4
Set the tone and launch

Paste in your completed tone worksheet so everything is written in your voice, run it supervised against real work, then switch it on and let it run to schedule.

Governed By Design

Safety is written into the build.

Ten safety defaults are written into the build prompts and the installation instructions, so each one is configured as the automation is assembled rather than bolted on later. Every default sets out what it does, where it lives in the build, and when, if ever, it may be relaxed.

Audit trail

Every run records what came in, what the automation produced, what was held back and why, and who approved it. That record is yours to read in Make's own execution history, in the run log the scenario keeps, and in your daily digest, so the reasoning behind any action and the actions actually taken can be reviewed and validated whenever you need to.

Questions

Before you buy.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. You build the automation by having a conversation with an AI assistant that is connected to Make. You describe what you want, paste in the prompts from the guide, and it builds the scenario for you. The guide explains every step.

Will it send emails on my behalf?

No. The approval gate means nothing is sent, posted, paid or deleted without a person approving it. Outputs land as drafts for you to read, change and send yourself, and no sending step is ever built into the scenario, so the ability was never requested in the first place.

Can I see what it did, and why?

Yes. Every run records what came in, what was produced, what was held back and the reason for it. You can read that in Make's own execution history, in the run log the scenario keeps, and in your daily digest, which means any action can be traced back and validated after the fact.

What will it cost to run?

Beyond the template itself, you will need a paid Claude or ChatGPT plan, around £15 to £18 a month, as the free tiers cannot connect to outside tools. Make's free plan works, and the AI inside the automation uses Make's built-in provider, so there is no separate API key to pay for. Augmentix takes no commission on either account.

What if I get stuck?

Setup questions are answered by email for 30 days from purchase. Write to info@augmentixfoundation.com with the template name and a screenshot of whatever you are stuck on, and you will get a reply within two working days.
